Delete your account

You can delete your ClipToClass account at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone, and it is not the same as signing out.

From the app

1. Open ClipToClass and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Account.
3. Scroll to Delete your account? and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Everything below is removed straight away.

What is removed

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Review cards and their scheduling history
• Saved words and their notes
• Lessons and the material generated for them
• Followed channels and your review streak

All of it is deleted from our servers and from every device signed in to the account. Nothing is retained afterwards, and there is no recovery window — so export anything you want to keep before you start.

If you can't reach the app

If you have already uninstalled ClipToClass, or you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. We may ask you to confirm the address before we do — that check is the only thing standing between an account and anyone who knows its email.

Using it without an account

ClipToClass does not require an account. After deleting one, the app keeps working on your device — an account is what syncs your words and lessons between devices and keeps them if you change phone.
